Sleep is for the weak

So like I've just been everywhere lately. I can't wait for this week to end, so that my stress can like escape from my body. I have not been sleeping for the past 2 weeks. Like zero sleep. I ended up having to miss school cause I just couldn't keep my eyes open. This just made me miss even more stuff and now I'm behind in stuff. It's just all so complicated. This has really been affecting my progress in perfecting my patience. So I'm going to really have to work on this.
Aside from this, I think I've really been getting better at forgiveness and self-control. I have really been restraining myself out lashing out at people and controlling myself on how much I buy at stores and on the internet.

    I suggest you try to fix the reason as to why you cannot sleep. For example, if it is stress try to find something to calm you down like listening to soothing music. Or if its because you can't seem to finish to finish your homework aim to start your homework earlier and maybe use your phone and put a timer on when you should finish. Therefore, you get less distracted. If its your phone that keeps you up just turn it off completely and remember the fact you need more sleep. Lastly, aim to go to sleep at a certain time period like 10 then you would be setting up a goal you'd want to achieve. So, there are many ways you could try to fix your sleepless nights. -Gigi Wambst

  2. Hi Frances! I can see that you are having trouble with your time-management, and that your lack of time is the reason why you can barely sleep. I am going to go ahead and guess that your lack of time is caused by the high amount of workload and tests, so I have a suggestion for that. So, while doing your homework, I usually keep my phone away to avoid distractions, and I usually finish within 2 hours. In addition, to study for tests or quizzes, I review the material for 10-15 minutes during each of the 3-4 days before the test or quiz, and that helps me do well in them. This allows me to distribute my workload, so that I don't have to stress out during one specific day and sleep late because of that. I hope that this little suggestion helps you!
